How
to Book
We book flights in the morning and the afternoon
on Wednesdays and at the weekend. The first trial lesson is usually 9:30 am and the last at 5:30 pm.
Bookings made before the end of May can usually
be accomodated with only one or two weeks notice. Bookings
made for the busy Summer months; June, July
and August may require two or more weeks notice,
depending on how busy we are
at the time. We advise you to make your
booking as soon as you have decided upon a day
and date. Winter bookings can often be made
on the day.
If your flight is cancelled due to unsatisfactory
weather, we will contact you and a suitable alternative date booked.
Vouchers are valid for six months from the date
of issue. If your voucher becomes out of date
and no bookings have been made, then the voucher
should be returned to the Gliding Club requesting
an extension.
